1. Payment Authorization:
• By submitting a sign-up payment for the Social Empire Program, you authorize Grazia Academy Inc to securely process your one-time payment.

2. Access Security and Usage:
You acknowledge and agree that the login credentials provided for accessing the online course, as well as any associated materials such as worksheets or manuals, are strictly for personal use. Sharing of login information, course materials, or any related content is strictly prohibited. Your registration and access to course content are limited to two IP addresses, which include one desktop and one mobile device. Any unauthorized access or sharing of login information beyond the specified limit will result in immediate revocation of access without prior notice. The institution reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to disciplinary measures, in the event of a violation of this clause

3. Intellectual Property Protection: You acknowledge and agree that all course content provided by Grazia Academy, including but not limited to lectures, materials, curriculum, and any associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Grazia Academy. The student shall not, under any circumstances, share, replicate, duplicate, or distribute the course content in any form or manner, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the explicit written consent of Grazia Academy. Any unauthorized sharing, replication, or duplication of course content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action. Grazia Academy reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Limitation of Liability:
You acknowledge and agree that Grazia Academy shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the student as a result of their own actions, decisions, or incidents unrelated to Grazia Academy's direct negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, financial losses, or any other harm arising from the student's conduct or circumstances beyond the control of Grazia Academy. The student expressly releases Grazia Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for such damages. This limitation of liability extends to all aspects of the student's participation in the program, including but not limited to online activities, events, and any off-site engagements. It is understood that the student assumes personal responsibility for their own well-being and actions while enrolled at Grazia Academy.

5. No Refunds:
